One person suffered serious injuries when a vehicle left Highway 7 and flipped onto its roof Monday just before noon.
Ottawa Fire Services report they were called to the scene, just west of Dwyer Hill Road, at 11:27 a.m. by officers from the Ottawa police. Special extrication equipment was used to rescue the motorist, who was freed from the overturned vehicle at 11:58 a.m.
The occupant was transported to hospital in serious but stable condition.
