Zot Organic is the sole supplier of organic licorice extracts in the US. Designed with wholesalers and distributors in mind, the eCommerce website makes it easier than ever for customers to purchase products and get to tasting!

From the get-go, our vision was to build an eCommerce platform with a lifestyle-focused identity that would encourage Zot Organic’s target consumers to choose a healthy and organic way of living. Our main goal was to deliver an excellent shopping experience that would drive sales; we wanted Zot Organic’s users to be able to go from product selection to checkout in as few clicks as possible.

We partnered with Zot Organic to develop an eCommerce site that introduced Zot Organic to the online world. Powered by WooCommerce, Zot’s new website included quantity discount options, wholesale and distributor pricing and a seamless on-page checkout that could turn any user into a happy customer.

Digital Marketing

A multi-channel marketing strategy that includes both an organic and paid strategy to increase brand awareness and boost sales.  Using Google Adwords, Facebook, Unbounce, CallRail and ActiveCampaign an entire customer acquisition process and leads management system was created.

eCommerce Solution

Using WooCommerce and various WordPress plugins, that site was able to offer bulk and user level pricing, real-time shipping quotes and multiple payment options.  The use of WooCommerc as a solution allowed for products to be easily added and updated by the client.

Marketing automation

Using ActiveCampaign, we were able to automate email marketing campaigns and schedule the delivery of promotional offers, abandoned cart notifications and segmented product launches .  With personalized messages and eye-catching emails, both the open rates and engagement increased.
