A Brand, New Experience – With the help of Seacabo Media, Bremer-Bjurquist Realtors launched an entirely new online real estate website in which the boutique agency aimed to shift consumer expectations of the real estate process around to a more personal experience.
The real estate agency’s quality and professionalism was not accurately reflected within their online presence. The site faced a number of limitations from a user experience and functionality perspective, making navigating through the site extremely difficult. The lack of a mobile friendly website along with a time consuming load speed caused a bounce rate of almost 80%.
The challenge was to create a digital experience that combined the boutique feel of the agency while still conveying an expertise to handle both small and large customers. Now, the bounce rate has been dropped by more than half and users are staying on the site longer and engaging with the content and services at a higher rate than before.
